We want people who contact Femalesrobert Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what you can expect from us. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You may contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please let us know as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Femalesrobert Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or act for a provider.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to review it again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
